In “Mercúrio” Bface explores his role in society, shedding light on his internal conflicts and his perception of what seems contradictory around him. He claims both the blessings and the burdens of the god Mercury, talking about the price he pays, as an artist who doesn’t correspond to what is expected of him, to be the messenger who walks between opposite sides. In Astrology, Mercury rules communication, mental processes and the crossroads connecting different worlds. This symbolic undertone is present throughout the song and is further explored in the upcoming music video. This track is in the Egoritmos EP which will be released in September.
